Understand what you are saying BUT if the team continue to play like that then non passholders will continue to attend week after week. I know I will.
And don't necessarily agree about the merchandise bit. They have so many sales these days non passholders will still spend plenty in the shop. In fact I very rarely see someone getting discount in the shop with their pass.
