given that the cost of everything else in life is going up, I think a reduction is a decent surprise. I agree it was handled badly (especially the voucher exchange), I don't recall him saying a surprise, he said people would know the clubs intent by October, and so far it seems to me the intent is to not accept mediocrity, which is fine by me.

Grammatical errors on a professional website are unacceptable as they are in any professional media. As someone who's worked for the HDM you should know that, mind you after reading it maybe not lol!!!
