If the club are looking at bringing in an established left centre, I'm really excited to see what that'll do for Martin. With Litten pictured back on the field last week too, we've certainly got a few exciting talents to look forward to watching over the tears to come. 

You are right about looking at other sports for athletes to come and play our game. That's what the NRL does.
I had and x footballer in one my teams many years ago and he was unbelievable. He was just a natural and had amazing evasive footwork.

I'd be looking at Herman and Jed ASAP. Three and two years respectively. Ashworth is worth an extension too imo. 

Agree, think Herman is a definite must along with Cartwright, but as you say also think Ashworth would be worth an extension too. Both Cartwright & Ashworth have suffered a little with  injuries but would say theirs have been mostly caused by poor/mismanagement of the injuries and also coming back too early before full recovery again due to the poor state the club was in staff & squad wise.  

 It think we just need to be a bit cautious about Jed's injuries he picks up a few knocks. It's also less risky to not offer him a deal early as aside from getting an NRL offer he won't ditch playing for his Dad.
