Anyway last nights game was free of ref interference. I doubt very much if ours will be the same.

It was but both teams wanted to play. catalans will just try to grind us to a halt so kendall needs to be on top of it

I was 12 and had a couple of cans of Long Life on the bus home. Didn't ease the pain though.

Nothing wrong with Brays' try. Definitely robbed.

30 years old and on a Thursday to Sunday trip from half way on Hessle Road (how much did we drink on those trips) felt a real sense that we were robbed and watched it back so many times since and we were. But it was certainly a sombre old night in the Prince of Wales in Drewery lane!

I know we are unusually not happy having Kendall as refereee, however to give some context with some of those cards.

Fash v Rovers (2024) was Fash being totally petulant looking for a fight, so his own fault.

Griffen v Sts in the Cup ( 2023) although frustrating, was Griffen’s fault, he should have just kept his mouth shut and gone off for HT.

Gale v Sts (2023) was a careless kick and followed by trying to pick Lomax up.

So we can’t blame Kendall for any of those. Can’t remember the other incidents. However, a bit of perspective is sometimes a good thing. If any of the above cards had happened in during other teams’ matches I doubt we would have disagreed with the decision.

I thought Kendal had a decent game last night , Rapana could have easily got a card for the challenge with the knees imo.
Thaler took an age to come to any decision last night , Far to long

Don't think the TV operators helped. The decision where Cats used there captains challenge was painful to watch when they kept cutting to a different angle
