Cartwright has been at some massive clubs. You don't end up at the Roosters and Broncos if you're a dud, plus he's the current NSW assistant.
On top of all this he helped build the Titans from the ground up as head coach.
It's always a risk hiring an aussie assistant, but this feels more calculated than taking a punt on an aussie assistant taking their first head coaching job
Yep, on paper looks a good move, read a bit about him and his areas of strength are defence and fitness.
Hopefully bring in a new assistant to work on our attack.
