Thanks for the memories, always remember super Alf downing a pint given to him by a Hull fan during a break in play at Bramley, whilst another held an umbrella for him. Can you imagine that now !!



A worrying attendance on Friday and judging by the number of fans who I know aren't re-newing their passes we will be well down on this year. More than anything I think we just need to entertain. Lets hope we can entertain in the three games left this season !!!!!!!

Thanks, as ever, Wilf for a great read. The weather certainly couldn't put a dampener on what turned into a great win on Friday and whatever the weather this coming Thursday, lets hope the boys do the business in what will be a real hard battle.

Remember Alf being the subject of a bad tackle as he was going to score at Dewsbury or Keighley,(age clouds my memory).Alf's sister was next to us and she really launched a tirade of choice words at the offending player.An old home supporter was stood near us and he said "i've been coming here 50 years kid and i've never heard a man swear like that,happy days
