Just in case anyone else is interested.

Setanta usually show 2 games per week from the NRL.

Checked the guide for this week and next week and they are only showing one game a week.

As i only have Setanta for the NRL i decided to give them a call.

They said they are just in the middle of sorting out a new deal with Fox and Channel 9 in OZ but in about 3 weeks they will be back to 2 games.

Then in about 6 weeks they hope to be showing 3-4 games per weekend.

thread on the VT said they were holding back on 2+ games until after the Magners League finished.

6 weeks it is then, and its its not 2 or more a week thats the subscription cancelled.

Setanta are cutting their NRL games down to 1 a week instead of the 2 or3 they can show. They advertise a minimum of 2 games a week for subscribers. They are doing this for the next 2 months. Apparently they explained to a Wigan fan that they were covering extra Magners Rugby Union games. I have sent a strongly worded email threatening to cancel my subscription if the NRL games are not reinstated. I would like as many as possible to email them and complain, if enough do it could possibly sway things. http://www.setanta.com/uk/Contact-Us/

Last season I was getting 3 games a weekend plus the Footy show, not a chance I would renew for 1 game a week.

Ive just got Setanta only for the NRL after missing it for a couple of years. I'll give it a couple of weeks then it's binned if there's no increase in games.
