Richard Horne has kicked a few that i remember. And as ive said, why should we need to practice drop goals, i'd rather they practices tackling after tonights performance and maybe even teach them to meet the man stood next to them cos they passed the ball tonight like they didnt even know each other.
While it's not ideal if our attack, defence, kicking et al hasn't won us the match comfortably with a few minutes to go, the reality is - perfectly illustrated tonight - that the best laid plans don't always come off and we find ourselves in a neck and neck situation.
It is inevitable that some matches will be level with a couple of minutes to go despite our best (or otherwise
) efforts, and the skill should be there to give us chance to win or draw in these situations.
Why on earth shouldn't this be given practice time?
