He lost a lot of weight after that and it took a long time for him to get back to fitness.

You guys have no idea how much I miss seeing him in a Cas shirt. Bit of a gamble when we signed him but he is a quality player.

I can believe that tbh and i would be gutted if we let him go.

Doesn't do enough for some on here but on his day can be devastating.

With you on this one. Manu is one of our best players, outstanding on his day and still pretty good on others IMO. Seems to be enjoying his rugby ATM as well.

think everyone is tbh with the new coaching setup,plus with a healthy squad people are not in the comfort zone like last year,players have to fight for there places.

That's the key mate, playing for their place has a big impact on a squad and after 5 wins confidence will be booming.

Manu on top form transforms our attack, if he hits some kind of consistency it will bode very well for us.
