One of us certainly is.

For the record, I think Crocker is unlikely to succeed as the borders agency seems determined to send out a message about how tough the new rules are. That doesn't mean that he's certain to fail though.

Its driving offences at the end of the day and not violence related no matter how long your string is !
Really cant see it now Im afraid.

They really seem to have clamped down hard on who they are letting in this fine country !
Believe me matey they look down more on repeat driving offenders than someone who caused affray once, affray is only threatening violence! Have you ever threatened to thump someone? And does that mean you shouldn't be able to work in this country?

He was charged with Affray my friend which is the same charge if he used or threatened violence. It makes no difference it is still classed as a violence offence which cannot bode well with the immigration services new protocol.

Radford was outstanding. Led from the front, put some cracking hits in and always made great yards with the ball, and also he seemed to play just about the full game great effort from him.. His best game in a FC shirt imo

an affray alone will not stop him getting a visa, it is a complicated law with many levels, reading into stories of that night it seems he may of actually assaulted someone and had the charge lessened to affray. This often happens and can suit both parties. Which would also explain why they asked to see the case papers. You do know that if you use violence to make people fear for there safety it doesn't mean you have actually hit someone?

I am mereley saying that he has been charged with a 'violence offence' which from media reports was allegedly from a 'drink fuelled evening' and which if true will certainly be frowned upon. I hope he does come but if driving offences have put stop to one application If the above is true i personally cant see Crocks application being succesful.Time will tell.
Anyhow thread drift.........
