Does it though? As terrible as they are they have some real quality players in that side, no way should they be losing the way that they are with the players Smith has at his pick.

Coach after Coach have the same issues at Hull, it clearly isn't a just down to them. Any prospective target will look at that and be cautious unless there are some massive changes within the club. Powell got bit last years with a bit of a toxic environment in his mind, he won't do that again in a hurry. Shenton is too early in his career and he seems like a sensible bloke not to push for a head coach position before he's ready.
