I think it's listed at just under 7,000. I think being a sell-out might be a little out of reach as the Challenge Cup these days doesn't quite have the cachet it used to do for a lot of fans and we (Fev) might struggle a bit in terms of attendances with the deflation still felt from last season's play-offs/the IMG system as well as the cost-of-living crisis probably set to impact our attendances this year.

But I'm sure plenty will turn out from both clubs and it should be a cracking atmosphere. If we get 4k in the ground the place is usually bouncing, especially if a healthy contingent are from the visiting club, 5k even more so.

We usually segregate to some degree or other when we have well-supported visitors so Wakefield fans can expect to get the two new all-seater stands (the Ward Hygiene stand, which runs parallel to the tryline at the railway end of the stadium, and the smaller stand that sits in the corner at a 90 degree angle to that stand), if Wakefield need more tickets than that I'd imagine you'll get part of the stand that is opposite the main stand.

As I have difficulty walking too far,.how do you gain access into these stands?

To be honest am not completely sure as I've been a Post Office Road ender all my life and either walked to the ground or parked in one of the nearby side streets, I know that the gates to those stands (gates 4 and 5) are at the far end of the ground and the main car park fills up quickly but I'm not sure if the club has any parking space round the far side of the ground specifically for away fans or not. So apologies but you'd need to contact Wakefield or Fev to find that out.

Those gates only open at the end of the game, never opened prior to KO (On my most recent visits to PO Road)
I would suggest that there is no wheelchair access to the stands(no lift) but the old seated stand is serviced by a lift., there is flat ground around the backs of both the new stands and flat in front of the stand at the top end of the pitch.

The game will take place at 3pm on Sunday March 10th and will be shown live on The Sportsman (basically best to use thier YouTube channel).

There could be as many Trin fans as Fev fans for this one (well almost).

That's definitely possible, let's hope that as many as possible from both teams make it. I see that initially Wakefield are being allocated the Ward Hygiene Stand (the 70m stand behind the posts at the Railway end), I think that holds about 1,300-1,400 from memory so there must be a chance they will extend the Wakefield area to the 30m stand adjacent to it, and perhaps beyond, depending on ticket sales.

Had it not been on Sportsman I think we’d have taken 1500 or so (maybe towards 2k) but with it being on Sportsman I can see it being a fair bit lower. Maybe around 1k.

With the standard adult ticket £20 I guess that might put a few off too.
Been spend spend spend with York, Siddal, Hunslet and now Barrow and Fev. Season Ticket still sitting pristine in my wallet.

Yes, I want to go too, but with a holiday pending on the first week of Easter, it's a little harder to justify the £50 (minimum), I would spend at Fev.

Maybe Cup Fever will win / maybe 8 cans of Sainte Etienne from Aldi and the Sportsman will win.

Pretty much but I plan to go as I think it’s going to be a special season where we may only be playing some of these teams this year only. For that reason I’m going to try get to all games.

It is expensive for a CC fixture with notoriously low attendances in that comp.

If I’m going to guess I’d guess the attendance will be between 2-2.5k somewhere.
