I would say whenever I have heard him summarise one of our games on the radio he always appears to be quite negative about the club.

I have an irrational dislike of Francis Cummings, stemming back from his playing days at Leeds. Came across as a bit of a whinger when head coach too. Still, Poching knows him, I don't, and if he wants him that's all that matters.

What are you on about 'just be careful'

It's nothing to do with me, if it happens it's down to WP. If WP thinks he's the man for the job then that's his choice.

Still, if you want I'll e-mail the club and ask them to sign up Matt Hancock, I don't believe anyone respects him.

Is that a bad thing? I'd take that as he doesn't like losing and is a winner......??

His coaching record doesn't back that up. Similar to Dennis Betts, I find negative coaches generally instill that within the team and its contagious.

It's a fair point......perhaps coaching has moved on and it's all about 'positive energy.....'

Maybe it's a bit of yin and yang, a good cop bad cop thing. Doesn't always pay for everyone to think the same way. I'm only speculating as I don't know the bloke and I don't know if we are employing him.
