Chuff me what a negative set of fans, despair. Some of you seem to be able to find a negative in almost anything. It will be magpies and black cats next, it’s positively medieval.
Well I’ll carry on being optimistic and worry about stuff when it actually happens.
Anybody notice that TJ didn’t play despite being fit, obvious sign he’s off to Leeds
You know I was speaking to my best buddy MC earlier this week asking him whether he wanted to repeat the leaflet fund raising. He said no the club would pay this time as fans had coughed up enough.
All he asked was that the (so called) die hard fans go out and be positive in the next few month and encourage people to buy season tickets. I thought blimey that’s not asking much.
Well clearly it is. Makes me ashamed at times. It makes me look at the positive nature of most Cas fans and makes me wish I were one, which makes me even more ashamed.
Straight question. Do some of you actually want a successful club or do you actually enjoy wallowing in negativity? I don’t think some of you do.
It’s been a gruelling three years for the club but much of it has been out of our control. Now things are moving forward again, or they will do if people don’t keep dragging the club down. Success requires some effort from us all, as fans we need to move on and start talking the club up.
I am on a similar wavelength to you Vasty (I'm not sure if that's a good thing ??
) and consider myself to be a "glass half full" kind of guy and I wasn't trying to pull the club down in any way, but from seeing Big Dave at the end of the game that was just the impression I got but I sincerely hope I am wrong, as I'm sure ALL Trin fans will. I will be buying our 2022 Season Tickets in the next couple of weeks and am obviously delighted that they are now doing a discount for Blue Light card holders as that's a £50 saving for me, but I will probably just spend it in the Club shop anyway to try and support the club as much as possible
