No guarantees but he's extremely quick with a great side step, a true winger.
If he develops properly he could easily be first-team within two years.
Might need him sooner than that if rumours being reported online are true regarding TJ.
I agree though regarding Murphy, very good prospect. Plenty to work on but who doesn’t when they are his age and he seems the kind of kid who wants to graft and improve.
Know there are only rumours, but looking at it from T J side think he as got to move to a bigger club to make him a great player.Think there would be more chance of him getting through the season injury free ,as there would be more quality players round him As jonh says only rumours. But used a lot as a work horse by our club, and lucky if he gets four passes in a game .And less running chances
IF true , Warrington must be letting one of Charnley/Lineham go.
Lineman has been told a while back he wouldn’t be retained for next year and has publicly stated he is looking for a move back to Yorkshire nearer home.
I don’t know if the rumour is true but he is box office and we don’t have much of that. The problem is it becomes a question of times played, revenue generated and salary paid against transfer fee, revenue lost and salary saved.
T js already a star and it doesn't follow that he will become an even better player at Wire or any other club for that matter. Its been a tough time for him over the last couple of seasons but you can not wrap him up in cotton wool. I wish him all the best what ever he decides.
