Cos its time for a change of coach results say that do you not see how many games we lose never called for him to be sacked but to give him a new deal is different and i know a few who wont renew season tickets with him and looking at the noises and potential signings leigh are looking at its not a certinty we are safe.and lineham really im no fan of kershaw but rather have him play least he has potential to improve

If you don't like the idea you do not have to attend like the few you know, its your choice, if you don't like it don't go

Talking about Wingers there’s another player who looks the business in championship. Seems to have pace to burn and can finish in the corner. Think in his last few games he’s scored 6/7 trys.

London winger Gideon Boafo. Only 22 but looks exactly the type of player who would be worth a punt imho. Very athletic player.

Be good if we could pick up a couple of young promising prospects from championship.

Wigan have just signed Miski from London, I think that he is a winger

I was talking about Boafo from London. Check out his recent highlights. Lad can motor and looks very athletic.

News of an extension is very much uninspiring but it won't stop me from attending games, otherwise I would've stopped many a year ago.

And thats why the club will fail.if your happy with 4 or 5 wins a season thats your opinionbut to say for fans not to go is quite stupid crowds are already going down do you not see the knock on effect less fans less income less quality players less good results even less fans turning and then round it goes again.i have never once called for chris to be sacked but after the last 3 seasons does he really deserve a new contract..with poor results poor signings poor resignings and some strange decisions ala yusuf not coming of bench last week.sometmes a cjange is needed the best coaches in the world leave there roles at some point

That's not what he said.
You are not alone with your opinion but saying people will not buy season tickets is said like a threat.
"if you give him a contract I'm not giving you the money for season ticket"
Everybody has that choice.

Personally, I can't imagine someone who would ditch the season ticket this season because of results probably didn't really have one. But who knows.

For me, I don't support Chester, I support Wakefield Trinity.
If I was like your mates I'd have stopped coming when Andy Kelly got push, or when Agar got push or certainly when Kear was let go. And when Kemp or Tony Smith or Webster got contracts.
It is what it is.

And where did i state I wouldnt buy a season ticket.i said cos i know some people who wont, i like you support the club but some will not because its not enjoyable at the moment the club need to give fans a reason to be optimistic.and theres difference with coaches mentioned , they didnt get a new contract after 3 bad years did they thats the difference.i have never once suggested chris should be sacked but i dont believe currently he deserves a new deal we have had 4 wins so far in 15 counting the cup 2 where scrappy v leigh and wigan reserves and 2 decent performances in the other.theres same problems as there where 3years ago i just think the team needs new ideasand a change of direction

Luppylad your not far wrong.
The clubs more than happy to bobble along with a coach that fits the present criteria.
For me it's not all about Chester it's about the club backing a coach with money and then accessing his win rate and success at the end of a two season period.
The club must share the blame on the results front but seem to escape any criticism.

I would say he has been backed, collectively it's one of the best squads Trinity have had. Would he prefer better players? Of course, but we are a cash poor club with no benefactor so we need to generate more income before it will be spent, unfortunately that cones back to lack of support and then more to to the point the threat to withdraw said support, whilst completely the individuals perogative, is counter product.
