I would hope we are looking to strengthen too we apparently had budget left before we went for AF and released tangata.the lad who came on for salford in forwardsis proof there are players out there

I see that HKR have managed to find a prop in the lower divisions ie Garrat from Dewsbury

I didn't hear why Westerman dropped out. Did he want to set off to Wembley a bit earlier?

Main loss for me is Jowitt. Had he been in the line last night not one of his passes would have ended up in the stands.

Westerman missing as not available and it should have been a fixture free weekend, crossed my mind that he might have had a London trip planned.

Think we can forget about westerman been a top performer for rest of season his last 2 games he aint been great and not available last night is it all a coincidence this happens after he signs for cas

Think Westerman was a big loss last night .He is leaving at end of season ,and will be a very big loss .The trouble is there is nobody down at Wakefield who will come close to matching him at loseforward. Think it also showed how important Jowitts cut out pass to the team is. Not going to knock the team to much last night with what we put out ,and struggling to get 17 players ,Defence is a lot better but in attack we stoped doing what we had done in the first 15 mins

Westerman missed because his wife and kid have tested positive for covid. He’ll miss next week as well and longer if he also tests positive.
