Best no9 display I’ve seen at BV in years.

Quick ball from the PTB, scurries from DH, clever play including catching Saints off side, tackled well.

It’s one game but have we found the missing link.

Kaye started life as a HB, he’s no stranger to playing down the middle. I can’t help but think he’s been wasted.

I’d persist but I don’t think we will.

I thought he was our best player.

Service was outstanding.

I’d certainly look to give him further chances there.

It was one game as you say and I’d be surprised to see him be able to maintain that level of performance consistently but he’s certainly earned the right to have a go at proving himself there off the back of his performance tonight.

Really hate this vasty agreeing with you but he was great tonight better than what wood neen dishing up

Got us on the front foot time and time again. Must admit I was sceptical seeing him on the subs bench but boy what a revelation at hooker and certainly got to have more game time in that position for me .

His passing from dummy half was first class, straight at the first recever at speed .Do not think he throw one bad pass all night

Defo our MOM for me, was pleasantly surprised to see him go so well and defensively was way better than I thought he would be. As a temporary solution to the shortage of a hooker, it is by far the best option we have tried this season.

He went well at 9 for sure.

Maybe Walker/Kay vs Salford. I was impressed with his speed from DH and he almost got through a handful of times. Against other teams he might have caught them napping.

If he wants to try a different position and we are looking for a 9 then why not give him a crack.

I have to say I’ve really warmed up to Kershaw lately. Think he’s close to earning a new deal and securing that right wing spot.

When he came on, I thought that he was going into the 3/4, with Joe A into the pack. Liam played really well in an unaccustomed position.

He had a great game, but can we bring back Ollie Greensmith to replace Kershaw who is just not taking any chances?
