If you go over my posts its the loan being investigated, secondly if you got 300K for your 240K house great but if the person buying it with 300K of iffy money then its not so great and if it was proven to be laundered money you would probably have to pay it back as it would be the proceeds of crime and in essence you could lose your house.

NCA have concluded the case against Hussain because he rolled over and accepted the UWO it does not mean that the scrutiny is sis finished going over all the deals for property etc. He may not have had any convictions but his cash appears to be criminal proceeds from who? criminals the NCA and Police will still investigate to ascertain the Organised Crime Groups and individuals involved. I assume he rolled over as the heat was on, maybe is off him a bit now but not off the deals.

But there is no suggestion that the '300k' was iffy, It was borrowed from a legitimate source.

If a bank robber bought a car with stolen money and then you bought that car, they wouldn't repossess the car. If they'd stolen the car, you'd have a problem. The deal for the land was legit, it's where he got the money to buy the land that's the problem, but MH's problem.

How is borrowing 3M from the council iffy?

If the council didn't follow proper procedures when approving the loan then maybe there's an issue, but unlikely to be criminal, unless you're suggesting something more underhand went on. If there was anything behind these allegations, surely we'd have heard something in 6 months.

First paragraph OK it was legit I was implying if it was bought with dodgy cash!
Second Paragraph the deal for the land was legit? OK so MH subject to a wealth order bought the ground with unexplained means, sounds like a profit was made on the sale by him so that would be part of the UWO. He has had the order against him but where did that money originate? That will still be getting looked thats all I am saying.

If the club paid a fair price that's fair enough (paying twice is value sounds like a deal!) and that would not be investigated however the loan supplied by the council is allegedly tax payers money the legality of which to approve it is an issue raised this where the police became involved no one is suggesting its a criminal act by anyone however if its public money it has allocated in line with rules and regulations that's it in a nutshell. I am sure the Police will release their findings at some point.

They did not pay double the value at all.

And Point of Order - the value is whatever someone will pay for it.

The facilitation of the underwritten loan is completely legitimate and above board.

When "the Police release their findings", or there is any other actual news, pop back on here and tell us all about it.

according to you, no one is suggesting it's a criminal act by anyone, if you are right then what on earth are the Police investigating? Come on man talk sense or are you just a muckraking snide.

If it's a procedural issue with Council, they have their own mechanisms to resolve cockups certainly not a Police matter, and as you have already pointed there's no criminality involved

Wrong the NCA were interested in the purchase of the ground by Manni and its subsequent sale (the whole transactions with alleged proceeds of crime however the NCA didn't pursue this as Manni rolled over and accepted the UWO, the Police are looking into the loan used to purchase the ground two totally separate issues one may 'appear' to be finalised the other as yet has not look at the previous posts.

Nothing to say further so lock it, its not a post against the club.

So you are are saying what M C and Co said is a lie because it was a question ask at the first zoom meeting Try joining one, not saying everything they say is 100% but will be a lot nearer than some of the comment posted on year

Well I’ll be honest I’m baffled by this.

I don’t understand why you’re so upset.

You may well be right about whatever it is you know. But you’ve not actually told us what it is so I’m not sure what you were expecting?

I don’t think you’re a clown or a trouble maker, but I remain unsure as to what any of this has to do with club. Whatever the NCA are up to I can’t see where it impacts on us good or bad, sorry.

Anyway don’t leave your contributions are most welcome as far as I’m concerned.

Just drop this subject, trust someone who knows, sometimes on here you can’t win no matter how right you know you are.

I know Andrew Fifita signed a contract, can’t prove it so I’m stuffed, you win some you lose some.

Well show us something that is in the public domain since January; otherwise it's just in your head.
