Think it shows were Astralian rugby is ,and why it is light years in front of our game .If a player does not want to be at a club get rid. stright away .Stops any unress in the dressing room does not devide the dressing room .The clubs are run as a very high standed ,and it goes all the way through the sport including the refs

We need to be signing Jowitt and Walker up asap on the strength of the last few games.

Jowitt needs to be the number one to tie down though at the moment.

There’s still slot to prove for a few players but Jowitt, Walker and Batch are definitely ones I’d tie down.

I need to eat a bit of humble pie on Kershaw too. Last 3 games the lad has been solid as a rock and proving he is SL standard. He’s cut out the mistakes which is credit to him.

Having juggled and dropped 2 interceptions hopefully 3 rd time lucky next week, you tend to overlook the fact he’s still only 21 or 22

Sorry I don’t understand that. I know exactly how old he is but I don’t see the relevance of his age to my comments. Can you explain where I’m overlooking his age and why?

My main criticism of Kershaw has been that he is open to drop a clanger that tends to cost the team (Leeds pre season game 2020, fumbling the drop out a few week ago). It appears that with regular game time these are becoming less frequent. He’s also carrying the ball very well. I feel the need to praise him on his last 2 performances that’s all. On one of those interceptions today if he hadn’t have tried Hudds would have been in.

His age makes a massive difference

He is still only young and his game will continue to improve, the clangers will stop with experience (can’t say I have him down as some on that does tbf)

I think we have a really good sl winger in the making
He just needs more game time which comes with age

Can any one tell me what max jowitt has done wrong to not have a contract renewal

He was excellent today

Since his rookie season he’s never had a constant run at full back, I don’t think I can recall a player that’s being in the team then he’s not?

I really don’t get it, he’s a natural full back

Has it been announced that we are not renewing? Just because it’s not announced doesn’t mean it’s not happened. I think Walker will be leaving instead.

I don’t know why I’m bothering to answer you but as it seems a reasonable question,

He may have been though it’s a bit early.

However it’s just as likely his agent is hanging off waiting to see what offers materialise from other clubs. The better they are the more leverage they have.

Max like Crowther will have their his with the club I’m sure but a career is a career. If someone offers an early deal (unofficially) that we can’t match we are stuffed.

I’m more worried about Jowitt than most as good FBs are rare at the moment and we don’t have an obvious youngster to replace him.

I’m sure we will offer a deal but whether that’s enough I don’t know.

I hope that's the case because I've always rated him and he's made many people eat their words.
Brad Walker i also rate highly so I hope he's snapped up - by us of course!
