Manage to complete a game without picking up a serious injury?

Amazed if we did especially as wins seem to be really costly injury wise.

We had one injury To one of our players unfortunately.

Shaun Kenny-Dowall’s pride.

Shame because he put Arona in for a stormer.

Eaves came off with a head injury.
As he was stumbling around I reckon they'll say he can't play next week.

He came on at the end of the game to applaud the fans. He looked fine but I don’t suppose we will find out until later in the week.

He still looked a bit dazed to me when he came up to the North stand but Joe W was there looking after him and helping him round with what I imagine were a few words of experience & wisdom

Is it me or do we seem to be attracting more than our fair share of head related injuries.
I dunno who's still out besides TJ and Hampshire but it feels like an overly common occurrence lately.
Mebbe they're just making more of a hoohaa on field these days with head assessments and wotnot, I dunno

Yes we do yet oddly we don’t seem to attract anything like the number of penalties we deserve in our favour due to them.

I almost felt for Simms as most refs have allowed far worse committed against us to go totally unpunished.

Not always a fan of following the Aussies with everything they do but, on the head injury situation, we definitely should.
Ok, it would lead to a few messy weeks, with "too many" players getting binned but, that has to be a price worth paying and it would settle down very, very quickly.

To be honest it feels like every game I watch including the NRL has a number of incidents involving the head. Can't ever remember it being so frequent

Wasn't it Victor (the Inflictor) Radley who got sin-binned twice and put on report 4 times for the Roosters this weekend ???
I haven't seen the game, so can't comment on any of the incidents, and whilst we all agree that player welfare should always be paramount, surely that is making a mockery of the game ???
