So the first 3 or 4 games, Miller, Tupou, Ashurst, Arona, Fifita played like they have the last 2 games?! Sorry, can't agree with that.

You don't have to agree but that isn't true.
Miller missed some games, so did Tupou
We didn't have a Hooker for most of those games
We lost players mid game and when he did play Fifita was playing injured.... In fact he still is.

Excellent performance today all round. Really pleased for Chester. Maybe he's a decent coach after all. Knew I was right.

Sorry for doubting you CC.  After a game like that what can one say. That try that started in the north-west corner by Kershaw and ended up being touched down by LK in the south-east corner was out of this world. Lino's best game yet and Battye was on top form. I wonder how much of that performance was down to Woody being back in the side. We need to double that 38 next week lads, and really rub it in. Great stuff!!!

Some great trys Woody went well, but think it is also down to Walker .The big change for me is we have gone from defensive hookers to attacking hooker that can also tackle

I agree.
I think Walker is the best Hooker at the club.

Think it's more down to bringing in 2 decent coaches to work with him When J K left. and then the guy from wires, thinking Mr Chester could do it on is own with the back room staff he had then ,was a bad mistake, witch as now been solved

Suffice to say that Chezzie is happy tonight...

"I thought Mason Lino had his best game in a Wakefield shirt, he got us around the field very well. I'm really pleased for Mason and the rest of the guys because we copped a fair bit (of criticism) in the early rounds.

"I've said from day one when we've got best players on the pitch we can beat anybody. That was the best defence I've seen from a Wakefield team for a number of years.

"We physically dominated that game and we spoke about playing the Wakefield way, an expansive way, and I thought we did that. We executed really well and scored some fantastic tries."

I agree with you to a point, PT, but I think Woody has that knack of putting a bit of spark into the attack (not that we needed it today), particularly when subbing. I see Walker as his natural successor.

Congratulations you totally blew us away and we didn't even the deserve the 12 we got, everything you tried came off, we made error after error and you capitalised on them and put us to sword, our lads gave up after the 3rd time they let your guy just put the ball down over the line, disgraceful defence by us and superb from you, we weren't actually that bad in attack but you constantly kept us out and forced errors.
That was the best team performance ive seen against us for many a year.

Enjoy the rest of your bank holiday im sure you will
