Reported that Westerman has signed for cas next year, is this someone leaving a sinking ship, ie a team that cannot win ?
Our problem is going to be, who will come next year with a season like ours ?

What is it with everyone smashing out the doom and gloom.

We really need to pack in this defeatist attitude over everything.

He was out of contract, We put a good offer in I’m sure but he’s finishing where he started and where his mates are. He’s still a wakey player for the rest of this season so enjoy it. We have Arona who’s not a prop and have us his best performances at 13. I do not see the issue. There will always be players available.

If a soon to be 32 year old loose forward is enough to sink a ship I think we need some resolve.

I don't really even think it needs it's own thread. We were discussing this in the contracts thread.
