And were not even allowed to offer constructive criticism according to the messiah, as this is codswallop.
Instead, we the fans are expected to suck this up, and continue to stump up their hard earned cash every week.
Some folk in this day and age can only just about keep their head above water, financially, and expecting them to cough up every week, and accept the poor performances every week, on and off the pitch, with no indication from certain people of any kind of plan as to what's happening or where we're going is poor.
People are voting with their feet.

I'm pretty sure of 2 things 1) he didn't say not to give constructive criticism 2) there has been no constructive criticism raised as far as I can see so no need to worry.

How about after ten years they have failed to bring in sufficient revenue to produce a SL standard squad. I would assume this would be the main factor for any business.

Here is some criticism. Communication and media profile are crap. The image most people have of us is of a cheapskate, we are 150 years old and should be celebratory and not dragged down by constant negativity. Bloody sick of reading “winless Wakefield”.

I don't dispute his right to feel how he does, given some of the stuff that gets thrown around, and I would feel the same way. I just don't think he should voice it.
He's in the sales business, selling entertainment. No one in the sales business outwardly moans about how their customers feel about their products or their "shopping journey", or whatever email surveys call them now. They ask themselves how they can improve the experience, how they can communicate the improvements, and how they can increase the enjoyment for their customers.
To some extent, he has done that, by providing an improved ground. But his magazine comments were along the lines of "stop having a go at us and the players, it only makes a bad situation worse", and he has in the past, and it just rubs peoples' backs up. It did mine, and I am broadly supportive of how everything seems.
We just can't afford to lose any of the support we have. Thank the fans for the passion they have and make them feel valued, even if he doesn't mean it.
Thanks for explaining the difference between criticism and constructive criticism Manuel.
Does anyone outside know that it's our 150th year ? It's a huge milestone and we're keeping quiet about it.
The irony of the stadium upgrade, just as we succumb to relegation is awful.
The taking of players on 2 week loan deals also seems crazy, what on earth does this do to the remaining squad members. They need to believe that if they train hard, they will get their chance but, the short term loan deals must be like a kick in the nuts.
All we have done is help other clubs improve the fitness of their squads, while we demotivate our own players.
