The Public Inquiry has been concluded. Its not an opportunity for objectors to have another go but whether anyone feels that the new National Planning Policy Framework has any impact on the Inquiry. In reality the new NPPF is simpler and more pro development so very unlikely.
As I have said earlier the SoS is making sure that procedures have been followed to the full letter of the law so that when he makes his decision no one can challenge that decision on a point of procedure.
Just a 20 day delay, the outcome will in my opinion be positive, we'll just have to wait until June for the good news.
