Personally I enjoyed watching the old Wakefield & Emley play at Belle Vue, if I have time I'd go down to watch Wakefield AFC and have a beer.

They had a really nice shirt a couple of seasons ago too!

[list=][/list]I'm quite excited about the stadium and the knock on opportunities like Wakefield AFC.
The future has never looked so bright for Wakefield Trinity off the field. I hope we can keep up on the field until the financial rewards kick in but I've no doubt the team will give it their all to do so.

It will be a great morale boost when we see seats in the East Stand.

I don’t know what the working was being done around the BV car park entrance today, but as we traveled from the thornes lane onto Doncaster road, traffic was backed up a long way from the double two bridge kirkgate station bridge right down to BV, and just as bad for traffic coming into Wakefield on Donny road with traffic backing up to the top of hill over common. Must say though, the Stand is looking good even at this early stage.
