No it won't, it has no boxes when I last looked. So the existing boxes still offer vital funding channels. The top decks could be rented as office space once we vacate them. The lower deck still has a passable restaurant/function room etc etc.
Why remove a structure that we have paid for (sort of) and has great earning potential for a structure that would cost millions, barely ever be full with no use other than matchdays. Sorry mate, makes no sense. Would only make sense if our capacity is tested numerous times in a season which is less likely than us beating Cas.
So long as the flats don't get condemned they are a very valuable asset in my opinion. Cas would love something as good at their ground.
