Beat me to it, Luppy...IMHO that was Crowther's best ever game for us...don't think he knocked on, or gave either a penalty or six again all game and was excellent in both offence and defence

Our fitness has been so much better this season, so I thought we’d be in it right until the end. My bum was nipping when we kept getting pinged for offside. Mason taking a century to kick that 2 points was the nail in the coffin for me. My fav part was seeing Peter Mata'utia getting scragged out with a minute to go, just showed our desire and dominance. Plus the last time Mata'utia Played against us for Cas he run riot.

Although they seen to be working for us, those short drop outs are no good for the nerves.

Johnstone HIA the only cloud on an otherwise sunny day. Didn't come back on so assume he failed it. A week off will do him good.

I’m sure I watched WP talking about the back room staff needed a shake up including Physio and S&C. It’s clearly worked genuinely fittest I’ve seen us in years. Competing until the end, can’t ask for more. I’m sure Clawson is an assistant at Cas so not even the lead. Just shows

No just like Miller it will be 11 days so not available next Sunday. It is a shame we can’t keep Escare but I doubt Salford would allow him to be cup tied.

We might be working on actual fitness and not just lifting weights!
