England will start he's better than anything you have at moment, few more signings and smith at helm hopefully you will be out of bottom 4

If he was at Wigan, Leeds or Saints he would gain his experience in the first team!
David Topliss and Mick Morgan started young and they didn't turn out bad.

Thought it was jowett we was talking about, not singling him out, don't think his performance would have got him a place at Wigan ,leeds or saints prospect I'll stick with ,wouldn't say anymore than that, seen the kid in 19s decent but hot don't think so

I thought the Sheffield game was more down to Tupou and Lynne making poor defensive reads than Jowitt, and whilst Jowitt didn't have his best game he was certainly no worse than any other.

Lets not forget if it wasn't for Lee Smith allegeding demanding more money, Jowitt would most likely not have needed to play against Sheffield.

That Sheffield game was all about motivation.
The team as a whole were not there and Sheffield were.
The half back plays were poor but Godinet was clearly not fit and we would have been planning on Tim Smith being there.
Add Anderson going off injured early on

That isn't the game to judge anyone's prospects.

As far as I can see the only reason young jowett got brought into this thread was in response to one poster said he would have been one of his first names down on the team sheet, as far as I know chissit didn't think he was that ready saying brian smith didn't think so too and my posts were in agreement of this view ,but hey, I may have interpret it wrong

Nobody is singling anybody out, all try scorer is doing is using the Sheffield match to put into context his tactical naivety in his short career, this will only come with experience gained with game time, personally I don't think he's anywhere near ready, but like you what do I know when there's plenty out there what's forgotten more than you and I have, unfortunately for young Jowitt our coach Mr Smith won't let sentiment get in his way, and until he thinks he's ready apart from injuries I can't see him being the first name on the team sheet.
