what does that mean for the future? isn't the community trust for the new development?

Isn't that the Wildcats Community Trust and not the Stadium Community Trust though? They are two separate bodies and of course this was the point being made about Cas and why they had not (no idea if they have done now though) set up one as well to access the WMDC 'funding'. I think either way, if he is then he will have to resign from both and I am sure that will be happening in the not too distant future.

No, this is company formed for "Newmarket". Nothing to do with the Wildcats Community Trust.

Ted & Diane were invited to sit on the Board of the Stadium Trust, do you honestly think that it is a tenable position in light of all that's gone on?

Sir Rodney Walker would not serve on the same Trust board as Ted Richardson and neither would David Hinchcliffe!

If it hasn't happened already then I have no doubt that both Ted & Diane will have notified the appropriate people that they can no longer be involved or vice versa!

I'm sorry if they hav'nt made a song & dance about and done it in a blaze of publicity or even made a press announcement so that I could offer you a link to the story.

Ok, thanks for clarifying. One would hope that his and Diane's resignation forms would be be forthcoming to companies house in the not too distant future. If not, I suspect they will just form another new trust company anyway!

Who are the other current directors then?

SWAG and the Supporters Trust are working to try and establish where things stand at this time.

There are certain protocols involved here so it is best for us not to speculate at this time until we are certain of things.

The directors are Ted, Sir Rodney, David Hinchcliffe and Sir Bryan Nicholson.

It's a Limited Company he can either resign or can be voted off following due Company Law process.

Thanks.

As TRB says, lets just leave them to this one. I don't think it is an issue and will be sorted out in due course.
