How about not having one this season?

And if a player hits a bad run of form, instead of getting on his back let's do what we are meant to do and SUPPORT him.

Have you ever been to BV? Last season was the worst in recent seasons. It went way OTT.

Heard a few this season too, even so early into the season people are saying "your a waste of space"
