Thornes Park would have been perfect but sadly 8 years since that was pulled and resulted in us all outside the town hall.

Surely it would have been easier to say new stadium at BV as that's what you're asking for

Can't see it being anything near that good, maybe a new East stand with proper facilities especially corporate and a general tidy of the rest of the ground would be the most we could expect.

It's way less than we deserve but at the moment it's better than nowt. At least it's a starting point and the rest can come in time. Truth is if you can keep the corporates and the sitting down season ticket folks happy then that's where the bulk of the money comes from. I'm happy to slum it on the north stand so long as the club has the capability to earn big money of those folks. As it stands if I had a business I wouldn't want to be taking them for a day in the Benidorm flats.

Yep at the very most I can see it as a Complete East stand redevelopment and also West Stand but the rest will be basically a good tidy up. Which tbh with at this point I'd be a very happy man.

The RFL said Belle Vue was not fit for purpose, so is some work going to have be done in the off season to bring it to their standard ?????

Whereabouts in the ground are they going? Are they ripping out the seats in the East stand and replacing them with temporary seats? Seems a bit odd if true.

Depends if the stadium build is done in stages it one go. It in stages I'd imagine it would be east stand first so temporary seating would have to be done until that's finished. Saying that most of us don't know what's happening but there's opportunity for a decent stadium at Belle Vue, got told it could open up more access to funding with belle Vue being a run down area of the City etc.
