Updates for whoever is not following on twitter so far:

Basically confirmed that we want a revenue generating stadium instead of BV which is owned by BOI -who charge large rent

Council support of the £2m land is withdrawn.

S106 used to good effect with such as the HJ in Warrington - council not responsible for enforcing it...
