Having seen some if not all of the posts on Tiktok ,which I believed at the time to be from our club, isn’t posting anything malicious or derogatory that as I could see ,and more than likely just a fan having the foresight to be using a media platform that the club hasn’t looked into or filled . Love it or loath it’s a platform view by millions upon millions world wide and filled with everything you could want or not want to watch as the case may be .

But they are using our name and logo to get clicks and potentially money, so they could actually be prosecuted if we wanted to.
There is some media rules in Super League. Not sure if they apply now.
I agree but I guess there were other things to do. However, the ladies and cheer team both have tik tok accounts are pretty good. We need to find a way to group them together.
It's actually really easy to link FB, X(formerly twitter) Instagram, TikTok and Linked-in all together, a media manager worth their salt could sought it with a few minor strokes of the keyboard, I mentioned in a previous post we need to sharpen up our SM accounts and start using #hashtags better, include more video and new content and also drive traffic through the official website(which also needs to nclude more of the aforementioned content) less than half a days work to get it all up and running, needs to link all the community trust info and SM accounts as well.

The new owner on sign off has earmarked 200k for a website and sm I believe it was in his press release at the end of the season

I agree. I said the same at the shareholders meeting.
That's not the point I was making, no clubs league position should be dictated or affected by , social media clicks, genuine accounts or otherwise. Last I heard rugby League is a sport and the number of games you win should determine your final league placing or what division you play in.

I don't think you will find many who disagree with you but we are stuck with IMG contractually for 10 years I believe.
