That would be massive. I’m led to believe we were interested in purchasing the WYCO in sandal as part of new training facility.

If Matts bought that piece of real estate it would be massive for the club, another revenue stream for the business and a wise investment for the family. I'm amazed it's not been built on yet.

Watching that segment usually on sky sports, they usually just announce signings / extensions. I expect it would be Jowitt extension, or potentially Smoothy or maybe even a signing for next year nobody knows about!

If we have purchased land for a training complex that would be beyond massive for the club. Not only would it help improve our first team, it would help attract more youth who for too looking have been cherry picked by Leeds, Wigan etc. I’m hearing the pathways at Wakey this year has attracted a very good calibre of kids, with a lot coming for teams who would normally go else where.
