The Rollin shack (Cats Bar), is to be renamed as. Community Hub. As far as I am aware the Gym, Cafe, on the top floor, Male & Female changing/ Shower rooms lower floor, with office and retail space, is for the general public and community groups. I’m not sure if the players will have use of the gym facilities, unless there are certain days and time when not open to public.
The North Stand concourse is for refreshments, but I’ve not yet seen details of the proposed outlets. I would imagine the club will provide more precise details of the proposed layout of North Stand and East Stand in the
near future.

It would be strange for the club to have a gym in its stadium and not have use. I suppose we will have to see how it works with it being open to the community.

I would hazard a guess there may be a few ‘bottle bars’ at the back of the north stand with a limited selection of snacks and perhaps a hot drinks stand. Whatever they have I would hope they have card machines/contactless. People rarely carry actual money these days and it would maximise any sales. That’s good news though that we have a space at the back which can be used to generate more income!

This new stand, and North renovation, should really give the club the boost it so badly needs.Hope rampant inflation doesn't affect too much with the build.

I think most people are forgetting about the Fan Zone. This is an area behind the new Stand at the North end. I’m not sure exactly what will be provided, but I’m sure food and drinks will be on offer as well as other activities for the younger fans. HKR have recently set up something similar, and it seems quite popular.

On the plans for the Rollin Shack there's the gym and cafe upstairs and a weights room downstairs.

Stadium Redevelopment Update – Delivery Plan Submitted
6TH JUNE 2022
Wakefield Trinity are delighted to announce a further significant milestone in their plans to redevelop the Be Well Support Stadium at Belle Vue.

Following the signing of the S106 agreement in March 2022, the club, together with their advisors, have been working on a detailed Delivery Plan. This plan covers the detail of design, costings, funding and build timetable and is required to be submitted to Wakefield Council under the terms of the S106 agreement.

Despite the significant challengers presented by the effects of Brexit, pandemic and the ongoing conflict in Ukraine which have resulted in spiralling inflation in many of the commodities required to achieve the redevelopment, we are pleased to announce that, working closely with our proposed main contractor, Morgan Sindall Construction, we submitted the delivery Plan just ahead of the Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend. We now look forward to approval of the Plan by Wakefield Council in time for demolition and construction to start after the home game against wigan on 3 July 2022.

Chairman John Minards said

“I am personally thrilled that we have reached this important stage in our plans. Michael and I would like to thank all those who have worked so hard to help us reach this point. These include director Rodger Lambert as well as advisors; Turner and Townsend, Addleshaw Goddard, AFL Architects, Nolans, CPH, Pegasus Group and the club’s legal advisors Williams & Co.”

Ay up Dunk, I assume that you copy/pasted the above. It's the word 'challengers', implying people/organisations challenging, that seems strange. Hopefully it should have been written as 'challenges'. :)

Don't think any clubs share their gym facilities with the general public but may be wrong. However, a gym at a ground totally for use by the public is unusual and very welcome. I'm not sure how it will be run or what the pricing structure will be but I suspect it helps justify the Council's financial involvement both now and in the future.

For me, the financial support of the Council will be vital going forward, most notably when developing the South stand. So the more people we can get using the 'HUB' which would otherwise be dead space most of the time is vital. Doesn't matter if those using BV are fans or not, just matters that they are using it.
