Would I be right in assuming that the council would find out background/receive a copy of the report before it's published to the general public?

Boxy will have to know in advance, he'll want bunting with his face on produced to line the streets of town in order to show the public what "he's" done for our fair city.

Not that I have anything against the bloke, really, but you can bet when the credit for the projects success is being lumped out he'll be taking a big chunk for himself.

Having said that, I'm in one of my more pessimistic moments with regard to NM, so if he has swung it for us I'd happily go watch WTW at "The Peter Box Memorial Stadium".
