We've tried to sign him twice before now so comes at no surprise. Does cause you to question whether this is anything to do with Powell or is one of Applegarth/Carters choices. I'd imagine the latter, if Powell isn't a done deal and only speculative then Applegarth will be business as usuall.

Sounds like he signed a deal a while ago whilst we were still in SL but it must have been one of the same ones Line, Gale, Griffin etc signed so covered all eventualities.

Lachlan Walmsley rumoured to be signed. No idea if true just read it on a post on social media.

37 try’s in 30 games and a finisher. Would be a good signing imo.

He was rumoured to have signed for Wigan when he came over to the UK, came with a load of hype and has done well for Halifax.

I think the issue is he counts towards the quota spots, won't matter for next year but unsure if he's SL quality or just a top Championship player.

Full time training would possibly help him. The lad can score a try on the edges and seems to back himself with a bit of space.

I guess we will see but id be pleased with that signing.
