Surely that would cost more than if the club had bought it the first time around? If by some chance they did sell it, what would we do with it? Sell it? The club can't afford to develop it so I can only see that as a means of raising money to go towards a new ground. If so would they get more for it than they paid for it?

A point to note:

Although the ACV status was irrelevant in faction to that sale by the BOI, it does still apply to the ground and IF the new owner wishes to sell, we would have 6 months to raise the funds to do so.

Not saying that will happen, but it is one of the scenarios.

So another 33 pages on here and i for one still have no clear idea where the club will play next year
if anyone can please enlighten me i would be very grateful
