Wouldn't surprise me that the RL were scheming to get rid of us and protect the status of a particular club,or bring in another at our expense.

If I was an independent observer working for the RL I would look at this as a positive, Trinity having to move from BV has got to be a plus point.

This is likely to be my last post because life is too short however I feel it necessary to detail what I have been told. We have been granted dispensation to play next season at Dewsbury but for one year only. If at the end of this period we have made no progress towards our own ground we will be removed from Super League.
The new owners of the ground have no interest in developing the area (not even for a mosque) at this time and are happy for us to remain. We are also changing our negotiating team to attempt to progress the talks.
I cannot say for certain the above is correct but I guess time will tell.

We have not yet asked the RFL for dispensation on either ground so first part WRONG.

The RFL have not made any suggestion of removal from super league so second part WRONG.

The new owners want to either develop the land quickly or get a return on their money quickly so third part WRONG.

There isn't a 'negotiation team' so fourth part WRONG.

Apart from that, you've got everything right.

I was just about to say this sounds about right, liked the sound of the negotiating team and aslong they got progress going on new stadium Id be happy with that. Then MC just dismissed it all, no doubt there will be plenty of ground rumours flying around the pubs & clubs this weekend.

Apart from that, you've got everything right.

They can develop a fit for purpose stadium funded by York court with pressure from WMDC for not fulfilling their obligations at Newmarket topped up grants sourced by sir Rodney Walker. But then again we can dream.
