| Quote bigalf="bigalf"Bit of a bold statement - on both counts !'"
It's not a bold statement, it's a hypothetical statement based on an outcome that is possible.
And based on the structure of the question, it's aimed at Wakefield fans in order to ascertain the level of support for a groundshare at NM. You will get your chance when I put a cas version of the same question on your site.
I'm quite surprised it's 42-5 in favour so far from us.

| Quote bren2k="bren2k"This thread is a bit silly but it does have merit, if only to get Gronk spluttering out more of his awesome FACTS!
Personally I wouldn't mind sharing, on the proviso that following each Cas game, some kind of antibacterial wipe was provided at each seat, just to be on the safe side.'"
If that were the case then surely it would make more sense to get a cleansing company to sponsor the naming rights, it would cost a fortune to detox the stadium every other week. Walker won't be happy if his trusts budget is spent on sanitising.
The Cillit BANG Stadium- every other week just wipe and the scum is gone!

| We should all hope that both clubs get their wishes. I can confirm that wmdc are trying to assist both clubs in getting their holy Grails, but time is running out for both clubs and real progress needs to happen - fast!

| Quote G.Price Fan Club="G.Price Fan Club"I would go as far as to say I'm almost 99% sure the stadium name WON'T contain the words "Trinity" or "Wildcats", it's not ours for one and there's the revenue we can raise from the naming, so as I said I doubt it will be in keeping with our clubs name/ any of our nicknames.'"
I think it would be safe to assume that the stadium will be named along the lines of the McAlpine/Galpharm/K.C./Stobart/Haliwell Jones/DW stadiums.

| Quote BillyRhino="BillyRhino"It's the same no brainer as it was when the idea was first mooted a couple of seasons ago. Just a shame it took so long for the penny to drop.
And I suspect that the owners will be delighted with the revenue that another tenant will bring in. Any bets on it being called simply Newmarket, with nary a mention in the title of either Wakey or Cas?'"
Congratulations William for yesterday, I look forward to burrow and Ali pulling on the R,W & B next season
The difference is that with the franchise announcement, there is a real hanging threat for both us or cas to deliver on the ground front.
The question I asked is obviously from a successful NM outcome point of view.

I'm almost certain, from an excellent source, that a large sponsor is already in place to take up the naming rights option.

Ah, so plan B and the mega money revamp at BV has fell at the first hurdle then. Was B and Q closed? I thought the master plan was to turn BV into something rivaling the 7 Wonders on £500k was a tad ambitious. Would it help if I had a root through the garage as I know there's loads of unfinished tins of paint in there somewhere?
We've given you Ali and Amor, and that's yer lot, as Ali is guaranteed to be your Player of the Year next season. Robbie will be remaining at here, and will most likely be stuffed and mounted in a glass case in the new North Stand when he eventually pops his diminutive clogs.
Whilst Charity is good for the soul, there is a finite limit on the amount of largesse that even Yorkshire's Premiere Club, and 2011 Champions can dispense to its needy neighbours!
