2015 - major missed opportunity, 2016 - stronger teams = harder task (no problem there then), 2017 - OMG What now!!!

Don't know if it has been posted on here, but apparently Leeds Planners, I assume they are Leeds District are asking for the application to be called in. That would probably massively delay the planned start date of February

Just like Sheffield asked for the Leeds arena to be called in, but guess what, it wasn't.
There have been 0 public inquiries called since the Con-Dems took office in May. Can't see this being the exception.

If called in yes. Fortunately it's not up to LCC. Besides if the worst was to happen Trinity have a plan B.

You really are a needy little creature.

One things I know for certain is that Rodney Walker is not the kind off guy to throw his money away on lost causes. For him to do this suggest he KNOWS for certain that this one is going to run. Rodney is a businessman and quite rightly puts himself first. He certainly would not give Trinity money because he felt sorry for us, he's a fan but he's not that much of a fan. He did it because he must think he's on a winner.

So all that said I'm very confident. You on the other hand must be bricking it, in fact I know you're bricking it so hysterical have your posts become. I can only imagine that you are Richard Wrights mum, a man only a mother would be dumb enough to trust.

I'd laugh but to be honest it's actually quite sad to watch you trashing about like caught fish - very sad indeed.

"8.14 Finally, para 8.3 of the Site Allocations document identifies that Wakefield’s economy
is inextricably linked with that of the wider Leeds City region and needs to take full
advantage of opportunities presented by the continued growth of the Leeds
economy. Aire Valley Leeds a 1,000 hectare site to the south of Leeds is the most
significant employment opportunity within the Leeds City region. This represents a
more appropriate location for large scale warehousing and freight distribution linked
to an urban eco settlement if a more appropriate site cannot be found within
Wakefield district.
8.15 In addition, there are employment sites in Leeds District has the following sites which
are available now or in the short term where plots of this size could be offered, as
follows:
LOCATION SITE
AREA
S/O SKELTON GRANGE PWR STN LS9 26.70
BELL WOOD SITE (E4:9) OFF
PONTEFRACT LANE LS9
59.92
B2/B8 ELEMENT SKELTON MOOR FARM
PONTEFRACT LANE LS9
33.06
Ph2 HAWKS PARK NORTH NEWHOLD
ABERFORD ROAD GARFORTH
16.80
Ph1 WAREHOUSE HAWKS PARK NORTH
NEWHOLD ABERFORD ROAD
GARFORTH
7.25
8.16 If sites of 5 ha plus are considered, which could offer c 20000 sq.m. (220k sq.ft.)
this adds in two more
HUB62 BRUNTCLIFFE ROAD MORLEY
LS27
5.94
Page 60
SANDBECK LANE WETHERBY LS22 6.28
Therefore, it comes down to four sites that would be impacted by the proposed
scheme. Of these, it would be the Bellwood, Skelton Moor and Skelton Grange sites
that feature most prominently in Leeds’ regeneration ambitions in AVL."

So once you have cut through the bullsh*t, they want the jobs and warehouses for themselves.... :SHOOT: :SHOOT:

I know ,it's sort of counter productive and looks like they are objecting because they have some warehouse space to shift. Their arrogance knows no bounds.
