Thats what the journalist typed, not a quote from MC. If a debt of £1.2m hasnt been discussed, then we are million miles away from this takeover, take away the council debt, this is our highest debt.

This is what he as in MC said, and not the journalist

“The loan to the Government for the Covid stuff, that’s been divulged and there’s no issue with that. Then there’s my directors loans. Other than that, the club has nothing in the balance sheet that warrants any sort of worry to a potential new owner. We absolutely want this to go ahead.”


So for the 3rd time, show me where MC said they hadn't been discussed?

And that's their starting point. They haven't gone through due diligence yet, so all this is still to be finalised.

And the bit you quote is an explanation of what's in the balance sheet. He says there's nothing gor a buyer to worry about. He doesn't say one way or the other whether he will waive it.
The article isn't just a transcript of an interview. The reporter writes what he discussed.

Why am I having to explain your own posts?

So clarify again your point that Carter is blocking the takeover because he's wanting £200k rent for the stadium?

you may aswell have a conversation with a block of concrete, no one is allowed an opinion on mc jm or the club, no one knows anything and we're all liars but the messiahs word is gospel. Carter puppet by the looks of things and controlled by the club
We know the truth about the rent and the loans and all the other shenanigans.

So your guessing and filling in the blanks of what MC may or may not have said to the journalist. Point proved.

It wasnt my accusation, it was what I got told, it may turn out to be true. Why are you so hung up on this? If they havent even discussed the £1.2m loans as you keep harping on about , then the takeover is miles away - however I think we all know the loans have been discussed. As I put in one of my previous posts, its certainly a possibility that a Stadium Management company could own / run the stadium, and rents this to the club, the football club etc, its a real common set up in Stadia management / ownership.

Why are you so hung up on this subject ? Why is to so important to you that you deviate away from the things you have made up to keep coming back to this point.

My opinions on here, how have they been defamatory? I have quoted directly what he said, not filled in any blanks, not assumed or made things up, unlike you - pot calling kettle black eh?

Also, whilst talking about defamatory, I have been called a 'physcopath', associated with and other posters called 'Normanton mafia bully boys', you didn't jump up and down crying saying any of that was defamatory did you? You yourself even made up, I had a go at Lewis Murphys girlfriend, when I said show me, yet again, you crawled back under your stone as you couldn't back it up, as it was another bare faced pop tart lie.

I'm calling you out as making things up just because you don't like Carter. You say yourself Minards hasn't said anything but seem to now lump them together.

You have shown absolutely no basis for any of your claims, except 'it was what I got told'. Unless you can quote someone who actually knows, it could have been a discussion between you and Mopsey for all we know.

And 'I am hung up on it' because you are saying things that are damaging to my club and the directors of the club and make things look worse than they are.
We should be celebrating the possibility of a takeover but we are all having to wade through all the misinformation which causes doubt when there isn't anything to discuss yet.
