Political will is a major factor in getting large project to proceed and for Trinity, it's just not there.
Cas on the other hand seem to have full backing and support for their scheme, mind you, that hasn't been built yet either.

IF we were to get to Wembley and be victorious, we ought to have our civic reception in Dewsbury Town Hall, Wakefield, under the current council regime neither wants or deserves any professional sporting organisation.

I know that TRB and his colleagues probably cant say anything but, it would be nice to know what their realistic expectations are or whether we ware still just hoping for any assistance of any kind from York court (or whoever).

Major issue there is Belle Vue is about for to five times the cost and we don't have a pot to pee in. Even with the ground there the property company could stick some flats on the land they've just bought and not lose out, maybe even turn a small profit in time, whilst we'd be stuck with a crumbling ground we can do nothing with which is costing a fortune to maintain.

A property company, and no Caddick involvement as far as I understand.

But we haven't bought BV and they have bought Super Bowl .
