Says that because it's right next to the M62 it's on Greenbelt land, which means it will be called in by the Govt.

yes and to my reckoning it was closed in 1984 and has had years to over grow to what it is now, should we turn around and level all areas that have finished its use to then in twenty years not have the right to reclaim the land
