Well according to Radio Humberside this evening Agar confirmed in a press conference he had been to Wakefield for an interview and there would be an announcement before the weekend.. so that leaves tomorrow..

[there are a lot of Hull FC players that are not impressed the fact he is leaving and wanted to have a word with a certain Mr Pearson at our Award nights this week]...

Maybe falling gates and indifference amongst some fans forced his hand?

Pretty certain that will have already been dealt with before Hull announced he was leaving.

I very much doubt it.

I deal with this kind of thing fairly often and even with just legal advisors, HR professionals and Unions involved, it can take weeks. Add agents into the mix, which I'm sure is the case here, and it becomes even more complicated.

WAKEFIELD TRINITY - The PRIDE of Sporting Wakefield

THE DEFINITION OF INSANITY IS DOING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND EXPECTING DIFFERENT RESULTS

But I have had it on my usual good source he is definitely wakefield bound.
I'd just like to say this too.. there are a lot of Hull FC players that are not impressed the fact he is leaving and wanted to have a word with a certain Mr Pearson at our Award nights this week... a lot of the players have always sang his praises! He's not the worst... Just fingers crossed for you all!

To be fair I had heard good things about Agar. Players respect him and want to play for him. I just think that he isn't as media savvy as you would like him to be and so fans don't see what the players do.
We will wait and see what happens but if we do get him as I have said a few times now, I will give him a chance and not judge him before a ball has been kicked/passed/knocked on!!

Mr Agar was spotted pulling into Superbowl car park yesterday in a Renault Clio with Willie Manu in the passenger seat, Tom Briscoe, Craig Fitzgibbon and Mark O'Meley crammed in the back, and Sam Obst in the glove box.

Just saying.
