Sounds like the club are trying to be open about something, I wouldn't want to come on here had it come out in the press.

Wigan had to include a statement in their accounts saying they were subject to investigation by the inland revenue, I think at the insistence of their auditors. So they must be one as its a matter of public record.

It is not uncommon - nor indeed are we alone in RL in having delayed tax payments.
