Loved in the stadium behind the sticks, edinburgh is lovely in the sun but as an event at murrayfield, having in cardiff is MILES better!!

Cardiff is something I can't really comment on having not actually been there, but full congratulations to everyone at Murrayfield for ensuring that all supporters had a hassle free weekend and the general generousity and hospitalilty from our Scottish hosts.

The only complaint was the final match, Warrington v Hull kr. Not really final fixture material, should have been either the Hull derby or even leeds v cas as both matches would have had a cracking atmosphere, just like the wigan v Saints match was like on Saturday night.

Still, great weekend nonetheless, so in finishing, thank you to all the staff at Murrayfield, the people of Edinburgh and all staff at the hotels for having our company. Hopefully people of Scotland, you will have been inspired by what you have seen this weekend for you to get a good standard team set up and lets do this again next year.

I had a cracking weekend and to be honest i thought there was a great atmosphere for the Wakefield game. I was at the back so that might cloud my judgement. Generally i thought the weekend suffered from not having the derbies.

The attendance was always going to be lower as the games really didn't excite and entice fans to make the effort to go when we're in a recession. I spoke to alot of locals who were very knowledgable about Rugby League and generally seemed to know at least there was an event going on.

They could have done more outside of the ground to make it a carnival event and make it family friendly and i'm sure next year it'll be much improved.

The weekend is what you make it and i loved it like Cardiff

Just got back and have to say I enjoyed it. There are pros and cons to both venues. I must admit we were unsure where to go to try to meet up with other fans and we seemed to be wondering round for quite a time having no idea where we were going.. We stayed 5 minutes from Princess Street in an apartment, nothing posh but it worked out at £20 pp per night so there was nothing to complain about. We had good meals and visited some great bars and went to a hotel called the Three Sisters last night and there were loads of fans in there as well as the Celtic Crusaders team. Found the people a lot friendlier than the Welsh. Also enjoyed the train journey. Would go back to either venue but can't see it being in Wales.
