Apart from donkeys years ago what good times do you mean. I am fortunate because I was there through the sixties and seventies but I can't recall many good times since. We are battling relegation year after year. Good times seem a long way off unfortunately.

Can say that again. In the meantime, you get the feeling we’re getting the life strangled out of us

Oh sorry, I didn't realise that. Then yes, I didn't see what a good decision it was going to be. Glad it worked out.

Well ,if that's your view fair enough and I respect you as a trinity supporter. However if you can't see Carter has run this club down and we have nothing more than a championship squad then your rugby knowledge is limited in all fairness.
Also can you answer this, if Carter has no money, and unable to raise money, what's the point of him owning the club and hanging around, he offers nothing . A random bloke out of the crowd could do that and offer as much as Carter.

To get his director loan back….?

No problem, I really respect people like you and everyone else who supports the club. However I really wish people would understand the harsh reality and wake up to the facts. This club we all love is being run down by inept leadership and if they are quite happy to sit back and not bring in some quality then championship here we come

I don't think inept leadership is the reason we are going so badly. Put at its simplest, players won't want to come to us. Perennial relegation scraps and poor facilities. We can't spend money we don't have, and we can't make players form a queue to play for us.

But I agree that we're done this year. The teams we would expect to be scrapping with are all improving. Leigh have been close in their games and have now got their win. Their club looks category A. Hull KR are going well despite loss, as are Salford. They aren't winning, but they are playing very well. We haven't scored in two games.

We're down. I agree. It is early, but it is plain to see. The fault, in my view, is on all those parties who delayed the ground development, stunting our growth until our luck ran out (which it is, currently), not those behind the club. I just wish we could replicate all we do right off the pitch to performances on it.

Your disrespect for a man who has kept this club going through the hardest of challenges is laughable. Though you're not alone with the big mouths but little action on forums like this. Get in there and see if you can do better. I say it to all of you smart alecs

160 minutes without any score whatsoever absolute disgrace. Carter needs to put some money into the player category not just the ground. If not he needs to call it a day. How long do fans have to keep spending hard earned money to be ridiculed week in week out.

The fans are not being ridiculed. Quit the hyperbole, it helps nobody. We don't have huge financial resources. What is it about that that people don't understand. If you can find them, we're all ears

Well I pay for my ticket every week. I buy Trinity TV and I bought shares. So I am not rose tinted. I'm just trying to support my team.
I'd like them to win every game. I'm sensible enough to know they won't.
I don't see the point in having a tantrum after 3 games so I don't. Doesn't make me rose tinted. Just means I'm willing to give my team time and support them as much in the tough times as in the good times.

Well said. Me too. Its hard enough struggling to accept bad results. These so called supporters make it feel worse. Sick of them.

Carter is NOT A villain and that comment disgusts me. Fans so often talk out of their rears without understanding anything about the challenges facing their clubs overall. You are joining in with that. That language is uncalled for
