Catch up Scarlet.
We are not currently "struggling with a string of our worst performances"

But 3 wins out of last 6 games does not cover up how bad we are Plus the Huddersfield performance is probably not our worst of the season

But that isn't what he said.

And form does exactly that. Right now we are playing better than we were. Just because we were struggling before doesn't mean we can never get better.
It's all about the now.

That said, the form of the team and the quality of the squad are two very different things. And if that's what you mean I do agree. Our current form shouldn't cover some big changes needed for the squad in future.

In all honesty, apart from the ground improvements, its been hard find much positivity around the club, in the past 3-4 seasons, and despite an upturn in the past 4-5 weeks or so, it has been another disappointing season.

I thought it would be tough, but not as tough as it has.

Ive said before, negativity helps nobody, but neither does burying heads in sand, which i feel, some do.

Yes it's been the most testing of seasons.
However, to say that there is no positivity just now is just wrong.

Certainly, the players now seem to be enjoying themselves on the field and recent results have all but put our destiny in our own hands.
We have new the football club about to kick off their season, a good chance of SL survival, new owner on the horizon and a fantastic new stand and other significant ground improvements.

Plenty to be positive about.

Hopefully we can secure our place in the top flight and start to build for next season :thumb:

I don't see how having a football club is positive, but that's my opion, others will disagree.

However you forgot to mention the really big positive, a new owner with substantial wealth shortly to takeover(hopefully)

There are football teams and football teams. Ask the people who run Fev about that bunch we have. Very little income, extra cost and more trouble than they were worth. Look others will have a different view,I accept that.

Whatever people think of MC, he wouldn’t have done a dud deal with the football mob. We must be making a reasonable amount for him to commit to 3 years?

BV in use 12 months of the year is a definite positive, just as long as we are getting a decent contribution out of the arrangement.
I did mention the new owner too but, it really depends on how wealthy they are and more importantly, whether they invest heavily in the club.
Mind you, as Warrington have demonstrated recently, money on its own is no guarantee of success but, it certainly helps !
